- This page is for the TOS or terms of service of my commissions. This page includes information on what I will and will not draw, how commissions will work, and how to get a commission spot. -

Yes, I'm talking about the wonder bread one )}————————————————————————————————- How the commission process works -- Condensed -^{- All commissions are pay upfront}^{- Both commission and payment are delivered digitally}^{- Commissions are done in a "first come, first serve" order which is called having a commission slot. In short, someone who has submitted a commission first has a slot above the person who submitted one after them, and so on and so forth.}^{- All commissions must be paid in USD only}^{- Commission payment is only accepted through CashApp and is preferably done through Google Forms then Gmail instead of purely text interactions}^{- After filling out for a commission on the Google Forms presented you will receive an email or social media telling you that your commission has been placed and the price.}^{- Throughout the time of the commission creation process, the customer is eligible for a refund}^{- The customer does not have permission to use the product in blockchain technology, for NFT use, or for AI training}^{- All commissions that are of commercial use will have an additional fee added to the commission total cost}————————————————————————————————- Specifics -^{- The price of commissions is absolute and will not change. This means no discounts or alternative forms of payment.}^{- After reviewing the terms of service and the prices of commissions (which is highly recommended) you will submit a Google Form outlining your commission details. After completing the form you will be sent an email or social media text discussing the prices of the commission. Once the commission price is laid out and the customer is agreed upon, I start working the commission. After staring and after finishing the sketch, you will receive an email or social media text showing a watermarked commission asking if what is done is satisfactory and whether or not you would like a refund or a revision in which you give any changes you want in your commission.}^{- There is a refund policy in place in case of customer emergency, inconvenience, or dissatisfaction. The policy is as follows: during the commission, the customer is able to request a refund depending on the time spent on their commission.
No progress/ pre-sketch completion: Full refund
Sketch completion: 50% of the total commission cost MUST be paid
Completed commission: No refund
If the policy does not apply and you do not make any payment for work done, you will be permanently unable to purchase any other art from my business until the amount owed is paid in full. However, No matter what if the commission takes any time from time accepted to current is 3 months the customer is automatically eligible for a full refund on their commission no matter the situation.}^{- I DO NOT support the use of AI, NFTs, or reselling or theft in art. While you, the customer, would be purchasing commissions as well as the rights of the purchased art, I personally as of you not to do not use my art for NFTs, cryptocurrency, cryptocurrency investments, AI recreation, AI training, AI chat bots, claiming art is made by the you, the customer, or reselling commissioned art to any buyer without permission or the purpose of the commission being stated as being used for commercial gain.}^{- At the end of the commissioning process and the final un-watermarked art is given to the customer I will ask if you would like the art commissioned to be posted to my social media. As for vise-versa you can simply ask and I will mostly like allow for my art to be reposted on the condition I am credited.}
